Free mailing lists databases
A free mailing list database is usually a free piece of software that allows you to manage your mailing list, please see php scripts and mailing lists for more information. You probably won’t find any actual ‘Free’ databases and if you do it could be illegal to contact them, the only expception to this would be from any contact details which are in the ‘Public Domain’ ie the Yellow Pages or from the telephone directory.
