Case Adjustment
Case adjustment is the process of modifying data to ensure the correct capital letters are used, sometimes databases are filled with contact details and the post codes or name of the person are in lower case, case adjustment is often provided as a service to clean the database and ensure the correct case is used within the contact records of the mailing list. Postal services sometimes require Case Adjustment when sending large amounts of mail for an organisation.
